Flow‘s latest design project, Waterfront Villas & Coastal Landscape design in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jeddah, is a series of seaside vacation villas that sit at the very edge of the Red Sea with breathtaking views over orange red sunsets typical to the region. The building design takes full advantage of its location; the living spaces overhang over the water with access to balconies and shaded terraces providing enjoyable outdoor spaces overlooking the sea views. Terraces are embedded within the building envelope design in order to provide shade and cooler outdoor space during the hotter periods of the day. Steps ascend from the terrace areas into the water, from which its just a short swim to resting stones in the sea.
